Uneven
(2026)
The collection emerges from an act of transformation. A quiet dialogue between memory, material, and time. Created through the upcycling of plexiglass panels once used as informational signage at a photography festival, each piece carries traces of its previous life. Gifted after the event, the material was reimagined through laser-cutting, shaping the foundations of rings that were gradually refined by hand through careful sanding and polished into a soft matte surface. These pieces exist somewhere between object and archive, wearable fragments of a past moment, reshaped into intimate, contemporary artifacts.
The collection is titled Uneven to reflect the uniqueness of each piece. Every ring is individually hand-crafted, making no two ever exactly alike.
I gratefully thank to Festival OFF Bratislava for gifting the informational panels, allowing them to find a renewed life as part of this jewelry collection.
